Tuscan cuisine was passed down from mother to daughter, and remains famous in our times, thanks to the variety of flavours, colours and the unmistakable genuine taste.
Found in all the region’s trattorias, it is renowned for the simplicity of its preparation, with genuine ingredients from the region. Dishes such as the Ribollita, or the Peposo dell’Impruneta, have traced a unique culinary journey and, through their unmistakable flavours, they tell their ancient story from the Renaissance to modern times.
You will have fun preparing, under the guidance of our chef, the dishes in the Tuscan tradition, which you will taste each evening together with our castle wines.
All the participants will receive a certificate of participation and a booklet with all the recipes of the dishes created during the course.
The prices for all the packages include all the cooking courses, meals and wine from the meals mentioned above, and overnight stays with breakfast at the Castle for three nights.
