Goods will be forwarded to the custode delivery address. Deliveries of the products take place during every working days.

Delivery times are indicative and valid only if physical or structural impediments don't subsist(uncorrect delivery address, severe weather conditions, strikes and force majeure).

When goods are loaded the customer is advised and informed with shipment details. Delivery is confirmed within three working days by express courier, delays or discrepancies can be attributed to the courier.

Upon receipt of the goods at home the Customer must verify the integrity of packages and correspondence with the quantity and quality as specified in the accompanying document. In the event of discrepancies will be customer care to write down exactly the same on the transport document to revocation to assert their rights in this regard.
In case there is no correspondence between order and delivery, in accordance with the procedures mentioned above, the customer will not have to accept the goods and raise the dispute directly to the carrier. In this case no cost will be charged.
