The new oil: few yet superb! This year the new oil is ready sooner then ever! Olives harvest was anticipated, pressing was made in a very short time(just picked up and pressed, to get the best quality product), we could not produce a big quantity of oil,…but a great quality! Now let’s enjoy the pungent flavour, lightly bitter and spicy, the intense aroma and green dense color, distintive of the newly-pressed oil; let’s seize this fleeting flavours as oil is going to turn into its typical gold colour and rounder taste in a very short time. Therefore: toasted bread with the new oil, beans and black cabbage…. Wishing you all a good oil!
2009 luxury wines available for the WineClub: since the month of December our wineclubbers will have exclusive access to the 2009 vintage of our top wines: Bellezza and Alleanza! The WineClub members will have priority to order the 2009 vintage and receive the wines at home directly, much before than the wines will be released on the market. It is an important privilege for our wineclubbers to enjoy this primacy and save their own bottles of boutique wines.
The restaurant is already receiving bookings for the 25th December, here is the menú our chef proposes for Christmas lunch:
“Il Cavaliere”: since 1st November the restaurant is open for dinner Thursday to Sunday and for lunch only on Sunday.
