• Cellar visits  €10.00 per person
• Supplementary bed €40.00 – €60.00 per day

• Small and medium sized dogs Euro 10,00/day – Euro 20,00 for final cleaning

Payment terms

• You will receive confirmation of your booking via email or fax. Please present this at check-in.
• Payment of the balance on checking out.
• No charge will be debited from your credit card, this is only for the purposes of checking its validity, and as guarantee of the booking.  For amounts greater than €1,500.00 only, a deposit of 30% is required, to be paid at time of booking by bank transfer or credit card.

Cancellation conditions

Once the booking is accepted, in the event of cancellation by the customer, the following cancellation penalties will be applied:

• from 30 to 0 days before the stay, 50% (total including any deposit paid)
• in the event of a NO SHOW (no notification of cancellation, and the customer does not arrive for the stay) 100% of the amount will be charged.

Check in: from 14:00 hours to 18:00 hours (for other check-in requirements, prior agreement is required)

Check out: by 11:00 hours

Late Check-in: for arrivals after 20:00 hours, an extra, on-call cost of €40.00 will be charged.

Payment: on checking out

Deposit: the details of your credit card will only be requested to guarantee your booking.  For amounts greater than €1,500.00 only, a deposit of 30% is required to be paid at time of booking by bank transfer or credit card.
