Skilfully restored with full respect for their original architecture, today they host the great casks and barriques for the ageing of the wines of the castle. Medium toasted French oak was the company’s choice for the wood, which each year is partially renewed, chosen from the best producers.

These are environments which convey unique sensations; a magical silence, intense darkness and dense air accompany the long refinement of the wines.
The cellars may be visited by appointment, accompanied by qualified staff who are able to guide the guest through the history of these centuries-old walls with the scents and sensations of the wines produced there.
