Cooking classes detail

The cooking classes at Il Cavaliere are scheduled on Thursday mornings. The class starts at 9:30 a.m. and lasts until 2.30 p.m. after lunch. Our chef de cuisine, organizes the classes in our restaurant kitchen or in the castle.

The classes can be arranged for a minimum of 4 participants.

 

We propose one of these menus:

Fresh natural herbs

Chianina beef Carpaccio / potatoes with oil and onions
Potato Gnocchetti with light basil pesto
Chicken breast stuffed with vegetables / spiced with fresh oregano

Tuscan cuisine

Bruschette with chicken liver pâté / apple salad
Freshly made Pappardelle / Ragout with Pork chops “Cinta Senese”
Free range Guinea Fowl, Lemon and Juniper spiced / Sautéed spinach sweet and sour

After the lesson, you will enjoy these dishes and a dessert together with a bottle of wine from the estate, in the restaurant or if the weather permits on its magnificent terrace.
The lesson can be arranged in Italian, English or French. The cost of a class inclusive meal, wine, the recipes and apron is € 180 / person.
