Restaurant "Il Cavaliere" is going to reopen after closing for the winter season. The chef, Francesco Berardinelli, is already having fun experimenting with new menus to offer us: he picks up spices, he fills baskets in the garden and comes back from the market with bags full of good ingredients. We can hear the sizzle of fried in the kitchen and tempting scents come to us. Those of us waiting for his pheasant, those for his chicken salad or for his legendary papa...
