The new year brings a new label by Le Selezioni di Castello di Gabbiano: Mŏvĕo (it was announced!)
A rosé wine, which contains all the meanings of its name.
Mŏvĕo [Latin] = move, set in motion – shake – change, transform – undertake, begin – move, soften – impress – distract, change one’s opinion – provoke, produce, arouse – dance.
A new way of understanding Sangiovese – produced according to the ancestral method – sparkling!
To toast the goals that we will reach in the coming months. For the aperitifs that we hope to share with friends soon. To accompany dishes that we will guess better match with it (appetizers or desserts? fish or cheeses? salami or white meats?…).
Because Castello di Gabbiano means Chianti Classico, since origin, but never disdains new directions with Sangiovese.
