The project involves only those varietals that do not play a primary role in the renowned estate wines .
Only the best grapes in the best vintages for each varietal.
Small production each grape, just to let it tell us….!
Let’s listen to Colorino: this old indigenous grape always played a second role in the blends of the most important Tuscan wines. As a traveling companion, sharer but silent, wise but slothful, whose presence yet makes a difference .
