This is the time of the year when the deer give birth to the puppies: this was born yesterday, while his mother gave birth to his little brother, he already stood up and went for a walk in the vineyard! When some roe mother chooses to give birth to her puppies in our vineyards rather than in the beautiful woods surrounding our estate, we think (proudly) that here she can find a natural balance.

Waiting for …The Knight….

Restaurant "Il Cavaliere" is going to reopen after closing for the winter season. The chef, Francesco Berardinelli, is already having fun experimenting with new menus to offer us: he picks up spices, he fills baskets in the garden and comes back from the market with bags full of good ingredients. We can hear the sizzle of fried in the kitchen and tempting scents come to us. Those of us waiting for his pheasant, those for his chicken salad or for his legendary papa
