Workers’ safety: Castello di Gabbiano carried as an example

As part of the regional project "Prevention and Protection of the Health of Workers in Agriculture" coordinated and implemented by the Azienda Sanitaria Firenze, this short film concerning the operations carried out in the winery has been realized.  The video clip illustrates the production cycle, with particular emphasis on the aspects related to safety at work, and shows the correct practices to be applied during processing. La bouteille 375ml, hors de la production depuis de nombreuses années (essentiellement pour des raisons de coût), est de retour dans la production et sera disponible sur le marché européen.
