A wine made from the late harvest of Traminer grapes. A bright yellow colour, slightly golden, and with a very intense and persistent perfume. Slight copper sensations of honey and sugared fruits, very fine. To taste it is sweet, warm, smooth and aromatic, full and rich with good persistence. It’s very interesting paired with strong and highly savory flavors like aged (herbed) cheeses and liver. Recommended with dry cakes and cookies with dried fruit, almond and hazelnut.
