Wine&Cheese in balance
During this seminar you will learn what aspects are important when matching cheese (or food) with wine. You will taste different wines with cheese of various taste profiles: f. ex. sweetness, protein/umami, acidity and salt, to understand why food can unbalance wine. This seminar will take 2 hours and is held by a sommelier.
