We have always preferred the single spurred cordon training system in our sangiovese grapes vineyards. However, we never ignore the different technical experimentation, both in the vineyard and in the cellar. Thus a new sapling plant Sangiovese was born in 2017 – a still very young vineyard that we are following very carefully. Today we share the beauty of these young vines that proudly grow like saplings, confronting perplexed with their sisters in the surrounding vineyards which are growing…in a different position!
