Restaurant “Il Cavaliere” is going to reopen after closing for the winter season.
The chef, Francesco Berardinelli, is already having fun experimenting with new menus to offer us: he picks up spices, he fills baskets in the garden and comes back from the market with bags full of good ingredients.
We can hear the sizzle of fried in the kitchen and tempting scents come to us.
Those of us waiting for his pheasant, those for his chicken salad or for his legendary papa al pomodoro, whoever for the unusual desserts … and he does not tell us anything!
The only information leaked out … the Easter menu!
However, three weeks from discovering his first menu for the new season… on Friday, April 3rd, the restaurant reopens!
